Delete your Khata Tracker account safely

This page explains how to permanently delete your Khata Tracker account from the mobile app or from the web. It also carries forward the older public Manage Account guidance so the full delete-account journey is still covered in the new UI.

Delete from the mobile app

This follows the same mobile instruction flow that existed on the older public page, now rewritten in the new UI style.

    Open the Khata Tracker mobile app on the device where your account is active.

    Go to Settings or Login/Profile and open the account management section.

  3. 3

    Select Delete Account on the screen and review the warning message carefully.

  4. 4

    Press OK or confirm the request to begin permanent removal of your account data.

Delete from the website

This covers the old website flow as well: homepage, footer, Manage Account, login, then the confirmation prompts.

    Open khatatracker.com and scroll down to the footer where the Manage Account option is available.

    Use the secure Delete Account page directly if you want to skip the homepage navigation.

    Enter the same login credentials used for your Khata Tracker account and press the login button.

  4. 4

    Review the confirmation prompt and press OK to continue.

  5. 5

    Approve the final confirmation step to permanently delete the account.

What happens after deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Review these points before you continue.

Account retrieval is not possible after permanent deletion is completed.

Deletion of primary account information may take up to 24 hours to finish.

Backups containing your data may temporarily remain available for up to 2 days for recovery or disaster protection.

Access to your Khata Tracker information may not be available during the deletion-processing period.

Certain system or log data may still be retained for security, fraud prevention, audit, or legal compliance reasons.

Where technical records must be retained, they are handled separately from active account data wherever applicable.

Removal of identifiers is designed to reduce the ability to trace retained technical data back to your deleted account.

If data was connected to the deleted account through supported Khata Tracker services, related account-linked information may also be removed where applicable.
